There is something about the first of March that is so relieving and hopeful - winter coming to a close, the days getting longer, being able to enjoy more time outside. It's like a huge breath of fresh air. Spring is my freaking faaaaavorite season simply because of this reason. It always brings perspective and makes me feel really grateful for the simpler days. This time of year also means more farmer's markets + fresh produce, so I love experimenting with clean, refreshing meals when the weather starts to warm up. Here's what's on my list for March and April!
