The list of seasonal produce starts to get realllll long starting in May, which is one of the most exciting parts about summer coming around. I'm talking farmers markets galore and fridges STOCKED with all the goodies. Fresh salads + smoothies are true staples for me as the weather gets warmer, so here's what I'm loving this month.
Fresh Herbs (Dill, Parsley, Chives)
Some of my favorite dishes using seasonal produce this month are loaded strawberry + rhubarb yogurt bowls with Culina and Paleonola, avocado toast with pickled radishes + goat cheese, and this cherry + cacao Be Well By Kelly smoothie :) What are you making?!
