Thanksgiving, Veganized
I used to think Thanksgiving wasn’t the most veg friendly. A day revolving around lots of meat, butter, and other shiz I can’t eat? Funnnnn.
But after a few years of disappointing turkey day eats, I realized there are actually SO many yummy options.

This year, things look a little (a lot) different. No family, keeping it small, making things simple. Despite 2020 being weird af in so many ways, I have a huge amount to be thankful for. And I can’t wait to soak all of that up with some of my favorite people (and dogs) on Thursday.
In the spirit of the season, here is some delicious inspo to veganize your Thanksgiving!
